Decent flower but high prices, I assume they need to pay off the fancy building design. They do not carry any solventless extracts. I would have rated higher but I bought a glass banger from them and once I got home it would not sit securely in my rig. My two other bangers fit just fine. If it won’t sit in my banger securely I won’t use it. It would be a safety issue heating it up to 500+ degrees should it fall out of the rig. Higher would not process a refund on this as store policy doesn’t allow any glass returns. That would be a fine policy if I just didn’t like it, but being that the glass they sold me would be a safety hazard they should make an exception. Cheap Chinese glass is bound to have imperfections and that should be taken into consideration by Higher when evaluating returns. Although my banger was only $10, their decision to not do what is right shows me that they don’t want me as a customer. I am happy to take my business elsewhere.

This is a wonderful store they have a huge selection Really knowledgeable, has help me out through the whole process from learning what is sativa and indica Just everything telling me about the bongs the different pipes things being an older in my mid fifties person I didn’t know anything about all this new fangled stuff and I really like that they know everything about all the products I would be lost

I love some of the deals they have to offer, like the 10 dollar grams it’s affordable and has a good amount of THC in it. I hope they keep up on the deals. Also the staff are very nice.

Staff was very friendly & knowledgable. Had a very diverse selection of products available for purchase, also had many types of flower product readily available & able to physically see which is great. Also their hours are super reasonable & the location of the store is quite convenient as well. All around fantastic store & one of my new personal faves. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love their building like so unique and just beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff/workers, and I love their wide selection. I definitely would recommend anyone to check it out, absolutely one of the better shops out here in the Mat Valley!!

Let me start off by saying that never have I ever been in a Cannabis establishment with such organization, clean, secure, and well laid out floor plan. Im a regular here and I swear EVERY TIME I come here im awestruck at the art and overall vibes the place puts out. Secondly, onto the informativeness of the staff. Never does anyone say, “I dont know”, or “not sure”, or “im sorry we dont”. Very respectful, courteous & wonderful staff through and through. They have wonderful glass variety, concentrate and flower variety, along with a great emporium of supplies and misc tools and instruments for all my cannabis desires. Just wanted to stop by and bless this place with another review and provide an updated description for new folks to come and what to expect!! Namaste

Higher is just as great as there 1st store Bad gramm3r customer service skills are wounderful the buliding is pretty inside and out I always walk out satisfied and want to come back for more.

I continue hearing good things about this shop. But the hours just made sure I wont return.. not being snooty I just have things going on, I’m a busy guy and if I have to wait till mid day to get my herb, it doesn’t work for me.. some of us are busy.. I’ll go back to my place I guess. Butbyall need more hours. Badly. I was VERY sad I didnt get to try this place, I hear so much good. I cant design a day around checking it out though, and that’s what it would take opening at noon… goodluck yall, and to ppl reading my review, I hear they have straight fire!
